week for an individual to incorporate healthy
eating, physical activity, and something for
the spirit. The Healthy Day in
Huntington will be an opportunity for the
community to come together to celebrate a
healthy lifestyle. The race is open to anyone
who is open to the public. You do
not have to have participated in the 90 Day
Challenge to walk or run in the race.
Registration for the race is $20. Net
proceeds for the day will go toward the Paul
Ambrose Trail for Health.
The Food Festival is for
everyone, young and old. There
will be healthy food to sample or buy; fitness,
martial arts, and cooking demonstrations. There
will also be a Zumba class for anyone who wants
to Zumba.
