Youth Fitness Orientation

- Members with dependents under age 16 may
take advantage of our Youth Fitness
Program.
- Completion of the one hour safety/skill
orientation will allow children the privilege
of using fitness equipment on the 2nd and 3rd
floors, accompanied by parent or
guardian.
- Pre-registration is not required.
- The sessions begin at the 2nd floor fitness
desk. See schedule below.
- Parents and children 16 and up are welcome
too.
Schedule Monday - 5pm to
6pm Tuesday - 4pm to 5pm Wednesday - 7pm
to 8pm Thursday - 4pm to 5pm Friday - 6pm
to pm Saturday - 1pm to 2pm
