Student Membership Rates

·         All full-time undergraduate/graduate/professional students attending the Huntington Campus are automatically assessed a $194 fee per semester.

·         All part-time students attending the Huntington Campus are assessed a fee according to the number of credit hours taken (up to 11 credit hours for undergraduates and 8 for graduate/professional students). Part-time undergraduate students are charged $16.25 per credit hour and graduate/professional students are charged $21.75 per credit hour. To become a member, a part-time student must pay the difference between the $194.00 semester fee and the fee assessed by the university. Part-time students who enroll in a minimum of three credit hours may also purchase a day pass for $6 in lieu of purchasing a full-membership.

·         All students who have not been assessed the full $194 Recreation fee may select one of the two following options:

• 1.     Pay the difference in three (3) equal installments, with the first payment due at the time of signing.  Two (2) additional installments will be drafted the following 2 months. This option is available during the fall semester starting September 1^st or during the spring semester starting February 1^st.
•  Although this fee can be spread out over 2 or 3 months, this is not a monthly membership fee.  The student is required to pay all the payments necessary to reach the full fee of $194.  Membership cannot be refunded.
• Students opting to pay the installments are required to place a valid Visa/Mastercard or valid checking/savings account on file.
• 2.     Pay the $6 daily rate (these payments will not be credited towards the full fee).
