Fitness Assessments are included in personal
training packages but can also be purchased
seperately to members at a discounted rate.
Personal Training clients may also use a
regular training session for re-assessment, at
no additional charge. Our personal training
staff conducts fitness testing that includes
peak VO2 cardiovascular measurements via
treadmill or bike, body composition including a
3-point skin caliper fold and
covers muscular strength and endurance, as
well as flexibility measurements. A VO2
assessment allows the trainer to get an
accurate idea of one's baseline starting
position and helps to design workouts
to ensure clients reach their goals.
