Personal Training Marshall University Recreation Center Personal Trainers help our members and non-members reach fitness goals and improve health, one hour at a time. Our Personal Trainers are MU Exercise Physiology students and degreed professionals. Each Trainer is qualified to lead clients through effective personalized sessions, with emphasis on proper technique and safety. Find out about our Personal Training Packages. |
Fitness Assessments are available to members and non-members for a fee. See Personal Training fee chart for details. A free Fitness Assessment is included in personal training packages and will be conducted during the first session. Personal Training clients may also use a regular training session for re-assessment, at no additional charge.
